The gas reservoir of Qixia Formation in Anyue Gas field is a structure-lithology composite trap gas reservoir with thin reservoir (average thickness 5.8 m), ultra-high pressure (pressure coefficient 1.88–1.92), “one beach and one reservoir”, and large difference in test productivity of a single well. It is particularly important to establish the high-yield well model as soon as possible in order to realize the high-yield and benefit development of the strong heterogeneous thin reservoir of Qixia Formation in Gaoshiti-Moxi area. Therefore, the high-yield well model of Qixia Formation gas reservoir is established by analyzing the basic geological characteristics and seismic response characteristics of thin reservoir by using core, well logging and seismic data. Results show that: (1) Qixia Formation in central Sichuan is a beach-controlled dolomite reservoir with low porosity and permeability, which can be divided into three types, among which fissures-cavity type and cavity type are high-quality dolomite reservoirs; (2) there is a significant positive correlation between the productivity of gas wells and the thickness of high-quality reservoirs, and the vertical thickness of high-quality reservoirs in high-yield wells is more than 3 m.; (3) The seismic reflection of the internal reservoir of Qixia Formation is affected by the superposition of subwavelebs of the underlying layer, resulting in the false seismic response. The thin reservoir seismic response models of “weak wave trough + bright spot” and “strong wave trough + strong bright spot” are established, and the “weak wave trough + bright spot” is identified as the reliable thin reservoir seismic response model. On the basis of this understanding, well location deployment models of “beach-controlled cloud rock reservoir + fault”, “weak wave trough + bright spot” or “strong wave trough + strong bright spot” are formed. The results guided the deployment of four development Wells, each with an open flow rate of 2.55 million cubic meters per day. At present, the gas reservoir of Qixia Formation in central Sichuan has built an annual output of 590 million square meters, which has the potential of further rolling evaluation.
