Numerical Study of Wind Pressures Effect on High-Rise Buildings of Composites Plan Shapes
摘要
In this study, the surfaces surrounding a composite square-based plan building model are examined for their wind pressure characteristics and dispersion in all directions. The square-based plan building model does not include any open space. The model has a 200 mm2 floor layout and a 600 mm height. In the investigation, a steady-state wind flow with five per cent (moderate) turbulence under the atmospheric boundary layer (ABL) was used. To do this, ANSYS 2022 R2 (CFX) software has been utilized for numerical simulation with the conventional k- ε model. The production of wakes and vortices, as well as flow separation and reattachment, have all been examined in relation to flow characteristics. The coefficient of pressure has been used to analyse the surface pressure created around the model. The planar model is symmetric around the Z-X axes. As a result, a study has been done for various wind incidence angles of attack the wind, from 0°@ 15° intervals. On the model’s surfaces, unexpected or important coefficients of pressure and flow characteristics have been noted.
