Research on the Corrosion Behavior of Q235 in Atmospheric and Marine Environment
摘要
Metal materials suffered from severe corrosion in atmospheric and marine environment. The economic losses caused by marine corrosion in our country amount to more than 530 billion. At present, there are relatively few studies on the dynamic characteristics of Q235 corrosion in the marine environment. In order to further explore the corrosion behavior of Q235 with high temperature, high humidity, high cl− and strong solar radiation environment. This article have developed the accelerated environmental test devices. Based on the test device, Realized the Q235 dynamic corrosion behavior in the 3.5% NaCl (mass fraction) solution accelerated simulation test. Explored the law of changes in the corrosion rate, and used electron microscope scanning and energy spectrum analysis to obtain the corrosive appearance characteristics and corrosion product components of the Q235. The results showed that the acceleration test device had good acceleration and simulation, providing reference means for indoor accelerated corrosion simulation tests. The maximum dynamic corrosion rate of indoor acceleration simulation test was 188 times that of Hainan's outdoor static corrosion rate. From 25 ℃ to 80 ℃, the dynamic corrosion rate increased first and then decreased, which reached the maximum at 60 ℃, indicating that the effect of temperature on the corrosion rate was dual.
