Strategic Minilateralism: An Analytical Framework
摘要
This chapter complements the forgoing discussion of the minilateral layer of security architecture and strategic minilateral typology with a specifically designed analytical framework for understanding its dynamics. It divides the analysis of strategic minilateralism into three (inter-linked) modules to evaluate the features of their (1) design, (2) functions, and (3) solvency. This framework can be applied to capture the institutional dimensions, modus operandi, and internal workings of case studies of strategic minilateralism to permit a structured assessment of their performance.
