The three-phase current source rectifier (CSR) with space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) strategy has the problem of input current distortion. The existing modulation strategies have achieved the purpose of solving this problem, but they have brought other problems, such as narrow pulse signals. This paper proposes an improved asymmetric modulation strategy for resolving narrow pulse signals. This strategy increases the pulse width of the driver signal of the switching devices. This strategy can eliminate the input current distortion and narrow pulse. It improves input current waveform. Finally, the proposed asymmetric modulation is verified by simulation.

摘要
