With the need to build a new power system, the scale of power grid equipment is expanding day by day, and the existing substation operation and maintenance system is complex, which is responsible for the collection and control of different equipment information. The data between each system is separated, resulting in a large number of duplication and it is difficult to be effectively used. How to build an efficient and unified operation and maintenance platform has become a big problem. By combining the advantages of cloud computing and edge computing, and integrating the multi-source data collection with substation equipment, the substation intelligent multi-level operation and maintenance platform with cloud edge-end architecture is proposed. First, it explains how the platform combines cloud side collaboration, panoramic twin, multi-source data collection, cloud native life cycle management and other technologies. Then, the platform design scheme is explained through multi-level data, business architecture and station application architecture, and explains the data collection, business division and cloud-edge collaboration of the platform. Finally, the platform applications of the cloud and the station side are displayed respectively, reflecting the advantages of the cloud side side architecture platform in overall control and efficient response.
