The site selection of precast beam yard plays an important role in the construction of high-speed railways. It is critical to establish a scientific and systematic evaluation system architecture for the site selection of precast beam yards for high-speed railways. This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Method, and establishes a regional suitability evaluation map through ArcGIS spatial network analysis. Combined with the actual case of Haiyang beam manufacturing plant in Shandong Province, a cyberspace analysis study was conducted on the entire Shandong Province. The analysis showed that Shandong Province has more plains accounting for about 65%, unused land accounts for about 10.4%, the part road density reaches 10 km/km2, and suitability is obvious. The experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed combined weighted site selection spatial analysis method, which can also provide a reference for the site selection of other subsequent high-speed railway projects.
