The construction industry in Indonesia has developed very rapidly. Construction management (CM) consultants play varied roles during the construction of projects. Conditions on construction projects are different during the Covid-19 pandemic due to various limitations that can interfere with the construction of projects. This study examines the CM consultants’ role in managing projects during the Covid-19 pandemic. The questionnaire, which contained 40 roles of CM consultants, was distributed to the respondents to collect the data. The respondents are the representatives of contractors, project owners, and CM consultants. The mean analysis is used to rank each CM consultant’s role. The Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) method is also applied to determine the position of each role and how to respond to each role. The results show that the most crucial role is to examine the client's needs for the project. Then, the three groups of respondents have statistically the same perception, both in terms of level of importance and implementation. Based on the IPA analysis, most roles are spread across Quadrant 2 (need to be maintained) and Quadrant 3 (not a priority).
