The success of project implementation can be seen in terms of cost, time, and quality. The Market This research focuses on two ways of the time cost trade off method, namely, increasing working hours and increasing the number of workers. It aims to determine the total time and cost required to complete the project before and after optimization. Therefore, to make it easier to analyze the data, researchers used Primavera P6 software. The results of cost and time optimization with a focus on increasing working hours obtained the total cost required to complete the project increased by Rp. 2,053,604,895 to Rp. 126,747,903,645 from the normal cost of Rp. 124,694,298,750. The project completion duration was reduced by 38 days to 322 days from the normal duration of 360 days. Meanwhile, cost and time optimization that focuses on adding labor has decreased the total cost by Rp. 117,413,466 to Rp. 124,576,885,284 and the project completion time for 347 days or reduced by 13 days from the normal duration. The research can be concluded that cost and time optimization with additional labor is more optimal because it can shorten the time and cut the total cost of the project.
