A road project is a construction project that is often done, which is a project that intersects directly with traffic. So this project has many risks of danger. The risk is not only from the implementation of the work but also from the road conditions when carrying out the work. Prevention and minimization of work accidents and traffic accidents can be done through a construction safety plan. The planning stage consists of hazard identification using the HIRADC approach, construction safety action plans, and standard laws and regulations used in construction safety. This research aims to control construction safety on road projects by reviewing the construction safety plan and operations. The Kertosono-Jombang-Mojokerto-Gempol Road and Bridge Preservation Project was used as the research object. The results of hazard identification obtained 80 variables from 7 construction work items. Based on the calculation, there are extreme risks in 4 jobs, and the control itself is reviewed from each variable according to the control hierarchy. The construction safety program itself aims to achieve the goals that have been set. The preparation of regulations that will be carried out is detailed according to the results of identifying potential hazards that have been compiled. While in the operation stage, construction safety operation planning and management are carried out, which consists of RKK Implementation Planning (Project organizational structure and duties and responsibilities), Construction Safety Operation Management (Job safety analysis, Work environment security management, occupational safety, occupational health, and work environment), and Preparedness and Response to Emergency Conditions.

摘要
