A Novel Enhancing Security Framework of IoT Enabled Healthcare Data
摘要
Recent advances in information and communications technology (ICT) have made Internet of Things (IoT) enabled healthcare as the major technologies. However, security and privacy difficulties in an IoT-enabled healthcare system arise as a result of security risks and attacks launched by an adversary. The main objective of this research includes developing a secure framework, since most of the information these days is available on the Internet, it is very easy to attack the data. So, it is very important to secure patients sensitive data and it should be accessible only to authorized person. In order to provide security to sensible information in healthcare system, Blockchain technology was introduced. But the only drawback using this Blockchain technology in healthcare is its feature known as “decentralized nature”. Even though it is an advantage in many applications, but in healthcare, it leads to disease overlapping problem especially when chain count increases. To overcome this problem, a new Blockchain framework is used which has a “separate chain block” feature, whenever a patients data is updated with new symptoms, diseases etc., separate chain gets updated. The main focus of this work is to provide a security to sensitive information, we proposed Multilayer based IoT data security approach and this framework can encrypt the confidential data over server under block-based data encoding. This proposed approach uses generated 128-bit AES key by SHA-256 Hashing algorithm. An interface system is developed to secure individual access. Finally, the proposed model is validated using MAE, RMSE, MSE and compared with encryption algorithms like Triple DES, RSA and DSA.
