This research has covered the Life of Sri Lankan Kaffir Society which is one of the important indigenous communities live in Sri Lanka. There are many intangible aspects owned by the Kaffir community where there is a language, music and dancing that make them unique from the rest of the society in Sri Lanka. The study discusses the different intangible aspects of the Kaffir communities and their contribution in Sri Lankan culture. The critical observation was utilized for the primary data gathering followed by unstructured interviews. Secondary data were gathered based on a literature survey. Study has been limited to discuss the key intangible cultural aspects of this indigenous society and suggestions are made for the protection and conservation of the heritage of Kaffir communities.
