Aircraft Control System Design
摘要
The chapter starts by highlighting the role of the human factor in the design of airplane control systems. The chapter explains the composition and design objectives of manual, automatic, powered, as well as remote control systems. The chapter introduces the concept of a control loop and discusses its main elements and their characteristics. In the chapter, the reader will find information about stability and control of modern high-speed aircraft and methods for their improvement, as well as stability and control augmentation systems. Finally, the chapter provides data on direct lift control systems and aerodynamic load reduction systems.
