The aim of this study is to propose some ways to enhance the sustainability on floating architecture. Sustainability can be defined as the potential for long-term maintenance of well-being, which may have environmental, economic, and social dimensions. Through literature review of sustainability and empirical study of floating architecture cases, not only enough budget securement for renewable energy system and prefabrication and passive design system for the sustainability in environmental and economic dimension but also residents’ psychology, community spirit and social life in social dimension are considered as enhancing the comprehensive sustainability.
