Transplantation and organ donation require effective matching, open tracking, and precise documentation to guarantee trust and positive results, particularly as the demand for organ transplants keeps growing while the supply is still scarce. The methodology presented in this study combines blockchain technology with artificial intelligence (AI) to improve organ donation administration. The method uses a StackingClassifier to optimize a hybrid machine learning model that combines Logistic Regression and Random Forest. The efficient automation of document generation by an AI-powered module reduces administrative tasks and ensures timely, error-free user interactions. Through smart contracts, blockchain technology secures transaction tracking, guarantees data integrity, transparency, and tamper-proof records, and improves patient privacy by storing data in an encrypted format. The system also promotes increased stakeholder engagement by facilitating improved communication among donors, recipients, and healthcare providers. This fosters trust by providing a transparent and immutable ledger. This AI and Blockchain-powered platform significantly improves the efficiency and transparency of the organ donation process, contributing to higher transplant success rates and promoting trust among people.
