Climate change is the biggest challenge to food and energy security by affecting agricultural productivity. Conventional strategies often fail to combat the stress caused by climate change. Nanotechnology is an emerging approach that offers targeted and efficient nanoparticle-mediated delivery to plants, enhancing their stress tolerance under climate change conditions. This chapter reviews the recent advances, outlook, and prospects of nanotechnology for climate change conditions. This chapter also addresses the future trends and prospects to integrate nanotechnology for climate change mitigation under marginal conditions.
