An image dataset was produced to support High Dynamic Range (HDR) research. It includes 50 images that cover a wide variety of lighting conditions. A pipeline has been developed to create HDR image by merging image sequence. Then, a psychophysical experiment was conducted using the dataset to test seven state-of-the-art tone mapping operators (TMO). The results proved the performance of TMOz based on CIECAM16 and demonstrated the importance of the quality of HDR datasets for imaging applications.

摘要
