With new technologies like extended reality and collaborative robots being introduced, the focus for understanding quality is shifting from a system-oriented view to a more user-centric side. Quality of Experience (QoE), seen as a multidimensional abstract concept, has great potential to help understand what factors influence overall satisfaction of the users while interacting with novel technologies. Our hypothesis is that even if new technologies are constantly introduced, the communal spectrum of user requirements remains consistent with those of mature products, but the priorities of the user requirements change with the socio-technological environment and hence have a dynamic effect on QoE. Following this hypothesis, (1) we review and compare the existing models that quantify QoE as a representation of its multiple dimensions and (2) we propose a model that could assess the weight of each and every dimension. This research could be helpful in understanding the priorities of dynamic user requirements and their variable effects on QoE.
