The goal of the “EssentialEaze” is to create a chabot that helps customers find vital services, including restaurants, hotels, banks, clinics, pharmacies, ATMs, and police stations. The chatbot functions as an extremely knowledgeable friend. It is designed to provide a curetted selection of 5–10 personalized recommendations that closely match user preferences, in contrast to competing solutions that frequently overwhelm consumers with numerous recommendations based only on ratings or location. Our chabot ensures that obtaining necessary services is more efficient and user-focused by giving equal weight to ratings and distance. Proposed system is developed using a dynamic platform using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that enables the chabot to respond with precision and relevance based on a pre-uploaded dataset. The proposed model is to transform the way users engage with critical services, making the process more natural and smooth, rather than merely retrieving information. Mainly focused on building a user-friendly interface and incorporating reliable algorithms to efficiently evaluate and filter the data throughout the development process. Model results demonstrate that EssentialEaze significantly improves the user experience by eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications and by providing accurate and relevant recommendations. Proposed model is a crucial step toward streamlining user access to important services, ensuring that users can make well-informed decisions quickly and with minimal effort. This research demonstrates how smart technologies can transform daily interactions and enhance overall accessibility to essential services.
