This article examines the impact of financial inclusion on the socioeconomic and institutional aspects of working women in India. The study analyzed the variables of financial literacy and inclusion for working women in Mumbai using OLS regression and binary logistic models. Investigation of financial knowledge, financial behaviour and financial attitude were examined. The analysis was carried out by examining economic, social, and formal parameters to understand women's financial inclusion and financial literacy conditions. The findings revealed that women are having lower financial inclusion than men. Employed women have more chances to be part of financial inclusion and financial literacy than unemployed women. Therefore, this study suggests developing financial products and programs that are more inclusive so that women can be empowered on all grounds, whether social, economic or institutional.
