BTSES: A Blockchain and TEE Enabled Secure EMR Sharing Solution
摘要
In the modern healthcare system, there exists a wide range of needs for electronic medical record data sharing. Achieving secure sharing of electronic medical records while protecting patient privacy has become a common concern among related scholars. Existing related schemes use ciphertext policy-based attribute-based encryption (CP-ABE) to achieve secure data sharing under privacy protection by controlling the access rights of medical institutions. However, these schemes cannot guarantee the authenticity of data sources, leading to potential data forgery problems. In this paper, we propose a scheme (Block-chain and TEE Enabled Secure EMR Sharing, BTSES) that combines Blockchain and Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) to ensure authenticity and secure sharing of data sources by leveraging the secure execution capability of Intel SGX Trusted Execution Environment and the tamperability of Blockchain. The experimental results show that BTSES has low time overhead and high throughput, which can ensure the privacy protection and secure sharing of EHR data.
