VoNR (Voice over NR) is the ultimate voice solution for 5G SA networks. In view of the fact that VoNR voice is more sensitive to the impact of VoNR voice on network coverage, neighborhood planning, system interference, transmission quality, etc., this study focuses on the analysis of key indicators and root causes of problems, builds a VoNR expert rule platform, quickly locates problems, optimizes packet loss rate and delay, and optimizes VoNR scenarios through boundary scenario assurance, poor quality and interference scenario assurance, and outputs the VoNR assurance scheme system, which verifies the effectiveness of the scheme after deployment and testing. Improve the end-to-end VoNR voice experience of users and reduce the time for discovery, processing, and fault demarcation of voice service problems.
