With the development of artificial intelligence, data has become an indispensable and precious asset. However, traditional data trading platforms suffer from a lack of trust and other issues. In this paper, we proposed a blockchain-based data trading platform with regulatory functions that enables decentralized, secure, and regulated data trading (hereafter referred to as BRDT). The trading model employs a decentralized trading method and a dispute resolution. The regulatory model leverages a smart contract to block high-risk transactions. We implemented the proposed scheme, and the experimental results show that our proposed platform can achieve secure data trading, and the additional overhead introduced by regulation is within an acceptable range.
