In recent years, with the continuous progress of urbanization in China, urban flood and waterlogging disasters have occurred frequently. The pollution caused by rainfall-induced runoff has become an important factor constraining the improvement of urban black and odorous water bodies and the quality of urban water environment. In order to improve urban resilience and effectively control the runoff pollution problem induced by urban flood and waterlogging, higher requirements have been proposed for urban stormwater management.
