In today’s data-driven and hyper-competitive business environment, making informed decisions is paramount for the success of advertising campaigns. Telecom data analytics has emerged as a valuable tool for businesses seeking to optimize their advertising strategies. Surveys have been conducted to understand whether the product or service has reached the target audience. Doing market research surveys is both time-consuming and expensive. Another possible solution to accomplish the task is to study the user pattern on existing customer data. In the telecommunication sector, such customer data is readily available to the company. This paper analyzed Singapore residents’ data on the Singtel communications network. We have carried out exploratory results that predicts what cities of Singapore would be suitable for which network plans. Simulation environment using Python and Power BI has been setup to perform data cleaning, wrangling, and analysis operations. High competition among telecom companies compels them to introduce a new series of packages and discounts every month to seek customer satisfaction regularly to stay in the market. Such analytical insights are helpful for telecom companies to prepare customized and flexible network plans for their customers.
