This research paper underscores the paramount importance of security in cloud computing platforms, with a particular emphasis on decentralized cloud environments. The primary objective of this study is to develop a comprehensive methodology for evaluating the performance of security algorithms, specifically homomorphic encryption algorithms from the LightPHE library. Through an in-depth analysis of these algorithms, this research aims to highlight the critical role of encryption in safeguarding personal information online and the necessity of assessing algorithmic performance in cloud platforms.
