Smart Energy Monitoring and Management Systems are increasingly gradually in both residential and commercial sectors since it plays a very important role in optimizing the usage of energy and improving its efficiency. They also help in reducing the impact on environment by enhancing the overall control and efficiency. This paper represents a forward-thinking approach by addressing the critical global need for energy efficiency and sustainability. By integrating the ESP32 microcontroller with advanced IoT platforms like Blynk IoT and ThingSpeak IoT, the system offers a sophisticated solution for real-time monitoring, analysis, and control of energy consumption in residential and commercial settings. The system’s architecture, which includes components such as ACS712 current sensors, single-channel relays, and LCD displays, ensures precise tracking of energy usage and the identification of inefficiencies. Through seamless data transmission and intuitive visualization tools, users gain comprehensive insights into their energy consumption patterns, empowering them to make informed decisions that optimize usage and reduce the waste. The system’s remote control functionality extends this capability, allowing users to manage energy consumption from any location, thereby enhancing convenience, cutting costs, and supporting sustainable practices.
