This paper focuses on studying and analyzing the application of Robotic Process Automation across different processes in retail and its impact on productivity and evaluating a framework for efficient implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in various projects. The scope of this study is to focus on the varied aspects. Mainly, it highlights the uses of Robotic Process Automation across various business processes in retail and best practices and the impact of RPA on productivity, the future application of RPA in Retail Processes, and to build a framework for implementing RPA for a new project. The research methodology adopted was a mixed method where case study, survey, and extensive literature review were the sources. The result focused on the significance and the impact of RPA across different retail processes. This research will help practitioners to select a robust and technologically coordinated RPA system to function efficiently.
