This paper presents CivicAid, an Android application developed using the latest version of Android Studio, Google’s official integrated development environment for the Android operating system. The primary objective of CivicAid is to provide information about government schemes and benefits to the public, thereby facilitating easier access to essential resources and services. By bridging the gap between the people and the government, CivicAid aims to foster mutual benefit and improve the quality of life for citizens. Additionally, this paper explores cross-platform development frameworks that enable the creation of Android applications compatible with various platforms.
