The Kaleidoscope model designed by Hailey and Balogun represents a systematic approach to address change effectively, focusing on the dynamic interplay of different context elements. By applying this model in project management, we create a robust framework that ensures effective project completion and lasting redesign. This study explores the option of the Kaleidoscope model to integrate project and change management. A mathematical model is proposed to measure this integration and a Python program is provided to simulate and optimize this process.
