The smart ventilator is a substantial advanced technology in the field of medical science, which provides personalized breathing support to acute and disabled persons suffering from chronic and severe respiratory diseases. We have designed such a smart ventilator by using some sophisticated sensors embedded with robust algorithms. With the help of IoT (Internet of Things), continuous monitoring and ventilation setting updation process has been successfully achieved. The condition of the air inside the ventilator was continuously checked by the temperature and humidity sensors. The heart rate monitor and pressure sensor have repeatedly measured the heart health of the patient. The data from the patients and the condition of the ventilators were transmitted regularly on the Internet of Things. These real-time data collection and visualization processes can be very helpful to the concerned healthcare personnel to check the patient’s health status at a distance and also the automatic ventilator updation can be achieved effectively.

摘要
