High Speed Data Stream Disk Based on Labview
摘要
A high-speed data stream disk system was designed to meet the construction requirements of electromagnetic interference monitoring equipment in substations. To solve the multi-channel acquisition problem of the power grid data acquisition system, LabVIEW language was used to establish the data acquisition of the upper computer, and the principles of PXIe and Aurora transmission protocols, as well as the storage control characteristics of DDR3 SDRAM, were studied. Provide a human-computer interaction interface to collect and save data, display various waveforms and monitor data, and save large capacity real-time data to a PC. Realize a simulated bandwidth of ≥ 100 MHz for each channel, a synchronous continuous sampling rate of ≥ 250 MSa/s, a total transmission rate of ≥ 8 GB/s for each channel, and a continuous storage space of ≥ 4 TB; Actual operation has shown that the data collection process of the system is stable and reliable, meeting the design requirements. This study has implemented a high-speed data acquisition function based on LabView and FPGA multi-channel signal synchronization acquisition system with timely delay acquisition function, which has certain application value and promotion space.
