Regarding the fatigue damage issues of key components in hydrogen refueling stations, the failure modes, life prediction, and safety inspection technologies of the key parts of the hydrogenation station are analyzed. The existing problems concerning the risk and reliability of key components in hydrogen refueling stations are emphasized and a framework for the safe service and intelligent maintenance of these components are established. The analysis indicates that the construction of a safe hydrogen refueling station system requires the integration of sensor technology, data collection, and predictive analytics. The study provides theoretical support for the optimized design and intelligent maintenance of the hydrogen refueling station system to ensure operational safety by examining the big data-based intelligent operation and maintenance system for hydrogen refueling stations.
