With the needs of new energy business, production data needs to be transmitted to the cloud platform through the external network, and in many new energy stations, there is no hardware isolation between the power safety three areas and the external network, so a more reliable data encryption technology is needed to achieve safe data transmission. In this paper, a new data encryption and decryption method based on hybrid chaotic mapping is proposed. A complex pseudo-random sequence is generated by combining Logistic mapping, Henon mapping and Tent mapping algorithms, and sliding window technology is integrated for block confusion encryption. This encryption method based on sliding window and hybrid chaotic mapping has higher security and anti-attack capability, and can effectively ensure the transmission security of production data in the new energy station.
