You might think that everyone has the same understanding of what was discussed in meetings or research discussions. However, in FD practice sessions, I often observe situations where other members of the same group raise questions like “Was that really the case?” when a group representative presents their findings. On the other hand, even when the organizers transcribe a group’s discussion and summarize what was said and what ideas were generated, group members sometimes react later saying, “That’s a bit different.”
