This work discusses the pricing strategy of substitutable products in a fuzzy dual-channel supply chain, which is constituted with two competing manufacturers and a retailer. The first manufacturer uses retail and online channels to sell his goods to clients, while the second manufacturer uses a single retail channel (a common retailer) to promote his substitutable product. Manufacturing price and the market size are taken as triangular fuzzy variables. The problem is solved under the two-power strategies: manufacturer-Stackelberg and centralized. Finally, numerical examples and sensitivity analysis demonstrate the efficacy of the fuzzy degree parameters and the expected profits of the participants.
