The effect of vehicle coupling driving risk level discrimination method was studied. Based on the road and traffic environment inherent risk level risk assessment results were utilized to adjust scheduling and reduce the overall risk level. The driver and the vehicle was one to one combination to form risk level evaluation object. The enterprise risk level identification model was established to obtain the risk level of vehicle and vehicle combination. Based on risk assessment the vehicle resource scheduling and reconfiguration were carried out. The high-risk driving plan was eliminated. The results showed that the established combination risk level evaluation model could be used to identify the risk level of the coupling between enterprises and vehicles. The conditions for the matching of the inherent risk level of the road and traffic environment and provided. Through the risk assessment and risk level based scheduling the overall risk of driving were reduced and the rationality of road passenger transport plan improved.
