Flux-Weakening Control of a Propulsion Motor for Mining Dump Trucks
摘要
In the process of running at high speed, the torque exerted by the motor is usually not enough, and the excitation current and torque current can not be coordinated in the weak magnetic region. In this paper, the voltage and current limitations of the motor in the weak field region are analyzed theoretically, and an improved direct slip frequency weak field control is proposed. The current distribution is controlled by adjusting slip frequency. The simulation results show that the method is effective and feasible, and has certain practical significance in engineering.
