Design of the Lifting Device for the Weighing Frame Machine

This paper focuses on the design of the lifting device for the weighing jack with weighing system. By clearly defining the technical specifications and other requirements of the system, a scheme for the lifting device of the weighing jack that meets the technical agreement requirements is determined. The design of the lifting device primarily involves the design of the lifting mechanism, including the design of the left and right saddle plates and the nut seat, etc. Additionally, factors such as the stability of the screw rod, the shear strength of the screw thread, and wear resistance need to be considered. The main structure of the designed lifting device is subjected to three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis using SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS software to ensure its strength and stiffness requirements. Detailed design of important parts or components is carried out, and their engineering drawings are completed. The design of this lifting device is reasonable, technologically advanced, convenient for component assembly, and easy to disassemble and maintain, holding significant importance for future weighing and load adjustment work.
