The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with machines has become widespread across various sectors such as military, education, corporate, hospitality, medicine, agriculture, human resource (HR), and IT. AI tools are utilized in HR functions including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and development. However, AI assessments can be influenced by biased or unbiased historical and man-made data. This study aims to investigate the impact of AI on the glass ceiling phenomenon using reviewed papers from different sectors, viz., corporate sector, education sector, hospitality sector, medical sector, and IT sector and data will be collected from previous research WoS and Scopus Journal.
