The new era of entrepreneurship is in a world where data has grown to be the most instrumental resource. Therefore, entrepreneurs need to adapt to new technologies that enhance their decision-making. Artificial Intelligence-driven predictive analytics empowers the entrepreneur to make an informed decision by forecasting future trends, optimizing the resources, and reducing the risks. This paper examines the role of AI-driven predictive analytics in shaping entrepreneurial decision-making. The literature survey is used to identify key benefits, and challenges in predictive analytics adoption. The results point out that predictive analytics had a very prominent role in enhancing entrepreneurial decision-making lucid with market dynamics, customer behavior, and operational efficiency. On the contrary, the challenges associated with data quality, integration complexity, and specialized skills need to be overcome in order to unlock its full potential.
