This chapter examines the text of SAFEs, focusing on the three types of events that can terminate a SAFE. Most attention is given to the SAFE with Cap Only (i.e., no discount). The chapter covers both the Pre-Money and Post-Money versions of this SAFE. It is also briefly explained how the other three SAFE forms (Discount Only, Cap and Discount, and Most Favored Nation) differ from this form of SAFE.
