The electronic states associated with the formation of the CDW are the subject of significant controversy, and the origin of CDW and superconductivity has been far from being established. This chapter presents high-resolution ARPES results on CsV3Sb5 and KV3Sb5. Small-energy gap opening in the CDW phase and strongly Fermi surface and momentum dependent gap with multiple energy scales are established. Moreover, formation of three-dimensional pockets due to electronic reconstruction induced by CDW and an anisotropy in CDW gap which is maximized around the saddle point from V-kagome lattice are captured.

摘要

The electronic states associated with the formation of the CDW are the subject of significant controversy, and the origin of CDW and superconductivity has been far from being established. This chapter presents high-resolution ARPES results on CsV3Sb5 and KV3Sb5. Small-energy gap opening in the CDW phase and strongly Fermi surface and momentum dependent gap with multiple energy scales are established. Moreover, formation of three-dimensional pockets due to electronic reconstruction induced by CDW and an anisotropy in CDW gap which is maximized around the saddle point from V-kagome lattice are captured.
