The experimental detection of the electronic structures can reveal underlying physics. In this thesis, we have used photoemission spectroscopy, one of the powerful experimental techniques to reveal the origin of physical properties by directly measuring the electronic states of materials. The first part of this chapter introduces the principle of ARPES and the meaning of obtained spectra. In the rest, experimental set up for ARPES measurements to achieve precise ARPES measurements are described.
