摘要

The interconnection of different wireless communication devices is known as the Internet of Things (IoT). This allows for the ubiquitous accessibility of devices and their built-in intelligence capacity. The benefits of these networks are numerous and few of them are no infrastructure support, deployed spontaneously, cost-effective setup, and so on. In order to improve service quality, the Internet of Things (IoT) facilitates communication between devices that have different types of connections, which allows for the creation of interfaces and connections. Many risks impact the efficiency of the network and the data transfer between IoT devices. But still, security mechanisms are challenging. Remote Attestation (RA) is one tool that efficiently identifies a malicious entity in the network. This research offers a probability-based attestation scheme (PROB_ATT) for improving IoT network routing and performance. Depending on the estimated probability value of the journey, the attestation value is included in the network with the data. With the application of trickle time, attestation is verified and data transmission is performed. After the estimation of probability within the network, data transmission is performed based on the trust mechanism. The PROB_ATT scheme was found to decrease energy consumption, packet loss ratio, and delay in the simulation analysis. Also, the proposed PROB_ATT exhibits improved efficiency, packet delivery rate, and throughput than existing techniques.
