摘要

This research work enables a simple design of a three-segment piecewise linear (PWL) voltage-current (VI) characteristics through the utilization of a single Four-Terminal-Floating-Nullor (FTFN). The presented Chua’s diode (CD) is used for the generation of fundamental chaotic oscillation like: Rossler attractor (RA), double scroll (DS), and large limit cycle (LLC). The proposed Chua’s circuit (CC) comprises a FTFN-based CD and few passive components. The proposed design incorporates a current mode novel Chua’s diode with threesegmentPWL characteristics, suitable for high-frequency operations and secure communication. The workability of the presented CC is verified through PSPICE simulation. As well as experimental verification performed by using commercially accessible Current-Feedback-Operational-Amplifier (IC-AD-844) IC as an FTFN.
