The ongoing integration of artificial intelligence and the field of education has reshaped the form of educational development, driving education toward informatization, digitization, and intellectualization. This integration has also introduced new requirements for the education system to promote high-quality educational development through intelligent technological means. In response, there is a critical need to establish a comprehensive education system in vocational colleges that encompasses three levels: conceptual transformation, practical innovation, and development goals. This system is designed to foster coordinated development across seven dimensions: technology; the integration of science and education; the integration of vocational and general education; industry-education integration; and schools, teachers, and students. By integrating intelligent technological means and resources, implementing intelligent educational and teaching concepts, and pioneering strategic innovations, this system can effectively promote smart education and the intellectual growth of both teachers and students.
