With advancements of medical information technology and growing expectations of the medical community, constructing a digital operating room is inevitable to develop a modern hospital. To maximize the advantages of the current digital operating room, the hospital specialty and doctors’ experiences should be taken into account to serve doctors and patients better. With the alignment of network technology, automatic control technology, image signal processing technology, and comprehensive wiring technology, we are able to meet the demands for high efficiency, safety, comfort, and environmental protection in the construction of an aseptic digital operating room from a variety of angles. Therefore, to meet the needs of neurosurgery in the diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system diseases while keeping pace with the current development trend of micro and minimally invasive technology, the application of auxiliary instruments and the use of information and video function of surgical equipment cannot be understated. These advanced technologies enable close monitoring of the whole surgical process while maximizing the extent of resection and maintaining the neurological safety of patients under low infection conditions (Fig. 2.1).
