In language learning, vocabulary learning is very important. In order to meet the needs of vocabulary learning of “International Chinese Education Chinese Level Standard”, this paper combines emerging teaching concepts with traditional vocabulary teaching principles and methods of Chinese as a foreign language, examines and summarizes the influencing factors of vocabulary learning, the problems of word selection in textbooks, and the advantages and disadvantages of word memorization software. Following the principles of conciseness, science, relevance, and synthesis, a label system for vocabulary learning software under the International Chinese Intelligent Education System is designed. Then, according to the label system, the relevant vocabulary learning resources are supplemented by collecting, sorting, labeling, and generating. Finally, this study generates a more scientific vocabulary recommendation process based on vocabulary labels, which helps learners to generate personalized cognitive vocabulary models, builds cognitive vocabulary networks, and helps to put the theory of teaching Chinese as a foreign language into practice, develops intelligent vocabulary learning software, and further empowers international Chinese smart teaching.

In language learning, vocabulary learning is very important.
