Low-grade central osteosarcoma (LGOSA) is a rare distinct form of low-grade malignant tumor arising from the medullary cavity of the bone, which consists of fibroblastic tumor cells with low-grade nuclear atypia and well-formed or relatively matured neoplastic bony trabeculae with an indolent course. The World Health Organization endorses the use of a two-tier system designating an OSA as low grade (grades 1 and 2 in Broder’s four-grade system) or high grade (grades 3 and 4) [1].
